About Dr. Barrick
In 2015 Bill transitioned from serving as Old Testament professor at The Master’s Seminary in Sun Valley, CA, which allowed him to continue as a Faculty Associate. Now he devotes himself to a writing ministry and teaching around the world in pastoral training centers associated with The Master’s Academy International. Bill also ministers as a lay Bible teacher in their local church (Placerita Bible Church, Santa Clarita, CA). He serves on the following boards: Canyon Ministries (he has co-led trips in the Grand Canyon for 15 years) and Bible Translation Fellowship. His many publications include Bible translations, books, journal articles, and book reviews.
Bill and his wife Barbara celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary in 2023. They have four married children, fourteen grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Bill and Barbara served as missionaries in Bangladesh for fifteen years of his 60-plus years of ministry.
